The recently deployed "PCard Past Due Bot" now assists in communicating outstanding PCard transactions.

Procurement and Business Services continues to utilize robotic process automation (RPA) to help refine administrative processes at Georgia Tech.

As of Sept.16, the Central PCard Office has deployed the “PCard Past Due Bot” to assist in communicating outstanding PCard transactions that have reached the 45-day limit.

This bot is designed to send an email detailing all transactions that require action from the cardholder, along with a notice of potential PCard suspension if not completed. This email will come from the “GT No Reply” inbox.

If you have any questions regarding the PCard Past Due transaction bot, please submit a ServiceNow ticket, and a member of the PCard team will contact you to assist.
