Finance and Planning at Georgia Tech provides strategic financial leadership, operational support, and stewardship of institutional resources to advance the Institute’s mission of education, research, and service. Led by Kim Toatley, vice president for Finance and Planning and chief financial officer, the unit oversees budget and planning, financial operations, procurement and business services, travel and expenses, accounting, and enterprise financial systems. The team partners across campus to deliver clear, compliant, and efficient financial services, enabling informed decision-making while ensuring responsible management of the Institute’s resources and long-term success.
