Georgia Tech Strategic Consulting is hosting the second annual Georgia Tech Organizational Effectiveness Conference on April 26 at the Georgia Tech Global Learning Center.  

This year’s conference will provide an opportunity for participants to enjoy learning experiences from a broad range of speakers – including higher education and industry – to help shift their perspectives and implement organizational effectiveness principles throughout their career.

Participants will benefit from customized breakout sessions tailored to their career level.

• Level I: Responsible for leading change in the workplace on an individual level
• Level II: Responsible for leading change in the workplace at a team level
• Level III: Responsible for leading change in the workplace at the enterprise level
